Competitive Salary Structure: $373,632 - Board Certified at Headquarters and Regional Office $363,108 - Board Eligible at Headquarters and Regional Office $429,676 - Board Certified for in-person care $417,574 - Board Eligible for in-person care $485,721 - Board Certified in inpatient unit care $472,040 - Board Eligible in inpatient unit care Incentives for New Hires: 1% Recruitment and Retention Bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% annually until a 7% max by Year 7. Up to $15,000 Recruitment and Retention Bonus for new hires within the first year. $5,000 Referral Bonus for successful clinician referrals.
