About the Team & Role Our mission at Coinbase is to increase economic freedom worldwide, and the Growth team is crucial in making this vision a reality. We're looking for an experienced product leader to take charge of Acquisition, Activation, and New Product Growth. This highly cross-functional role involves partnering with Growth Marketing and various teams across Coinbase to shape strategies and deliver impactful results. As the leader of our Growth teams, you'll play a vital role in guiding millions to experience the value of crypto from day one, ensuring they stay engaged long-term. By mentoring a talented group of product managers, you'll set the standard for acquisition and activation on a global scale. What You'll Be Doing Build and lead a high-performing Growth team, prioritizing recruitment, mentorship, and clear operational standards. Develop a strategic vision for the Acquisition, Activation, and New Product Growth teams, driving significant progress towards company goals. Oversee key product outcomes related to acquisition strategies such as referrals and growth marketing channels. Foster a culture of rigorous experimentation and measurement through analytics and testing to guide prioritization. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Data, Design, Engineering, and Finance to streamline roadmaps and enhance performance. Represent the voice of new customers to influence wider company strategy and ensure sustainable growth foundations. What We Look For in You Proven track record of building and leading growth teams that achieve substantial business outcomes. Experience tackling large-scale growth challenges, particularly in consumer or prosumer products, with a focus on translating insights into strategic actions. Strong analytical skills paired with excellent product sense, enabling you to navigate from high-level strategy to detailed UX considerations. A clear vision of successful growth strategies and a history of overcoming significant growth hurdles. At least 10 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of career advancement. Preferred Qualifications Specialization in acquisition, activation, or related growth areas. Excitement about leading initiatives for a mission-driven crypto company. Passion for crypto, decentralized finance, and web3 technologies. Please be informed that the target annual base salary for this position ranges between $284,155 and $334,300 USD, depending on your location. All full-time positions at Coinbase also offer bonus and equity eligibility along with comprehensive benefits.
