Job Description

Why Us? At Par Health, we believe great healthcare is built on getting the essentials right. We're looking for passionate, talented individuals who share our commitment to improving lives. With 4,000+ team members worldwide, we lead with pride and purpose-prioritizing quality and safety while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork. Elevating the Essentials isn't just our tagline, it's the higher standard we live by every day. Job Description Summary This role serves as the central nervous system of our manufacturing facility. You will bridge the gap between material procurement and shop-floor execution, ensuring that we not only have the components we need but that our production lines are running at peak efficiency through rigorous finite scheduling. Job Description Key Responsibilities Integrated Planning & Procurement: Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to manage inventory levels and procure materials, balancing cost-efficiency with production needs. Issue Resolution: Investigate quality problems, initiate and lead Non-Conforming Material Records (NCMR), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Production Activity Control (PAC): You will own, manage, and monitor the entire lifecycle of work orders. This includes: Own: Full accountability for the release, sequencing, and prioritization of all production orders. Manage: Directing the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) and re-allocating resources to navigate bottlenecks or material shortages. Monitor: Real-time tracking of shop floor progress to ensure the plan translates into physical output. Finite Scheduling: Develop and maintain a granular, realistic production schedule. You aren't just looking at weeks; you are looking at hours, labor availability, and machine-level constraints to ensure schedule stability. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Operations, Quality, Lab, Pharm Tech, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain and Maintenance to resolve bottlenecks. If a machine goes down or a lab result is delayed, you are the lead responsible for re-optimizing the plan in real-time. Execute other assigned duties, as required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role is defined by the following metrics: Schedule Adherence: Ability to execute specific jobs in the exact sequence planned (Target: >95%). Schedule Attainment: Achieving the total volume of output versus the planned volume for the period. Inventory Accuracy & Turns: Optimizing stock levels to balance material availability against carrying costs. Material Availability: Minimizing "Out of Stock" (OOS) occurrences for materials and MRO items to prevent line stoppages. WIP Cycle Time: Monitoring and reducing the time work orders spend in a "released but incomplete" state to ensure flow. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment involving complex scheduling (ERP/MRP systems). Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations. APICS CPIM certification is highly preferred. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of ERP systems (SAP) and Excel. Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) tools is a major plus. Communication: High-level cross-functional communication skills; ability to negotiate priorities between departments. EEO Statement: We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment, and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or genetic information, or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
