Overnight Staff Pharmacist

We’re seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to help us transform the online pharmacy experience. Your Role: As an Overnight Staff Pharmacist, you will be directly involved in essential pharmacy operations, from dispensing medications to overseeing the entire prescription fulfillment process. Key responsibilities include: Filling, verifying, and packing orders for shipment. Managing and maintaining customer profiles in PharmacyOS. Processing and verifying initial prescription orders. Coordinating prescription transfers and acquisitions. Focusing on system-based verification and documentation. Work Schedule: Fri-Mon - 6pm-4:30am Location: Middleburg Heights, OH As part of your role, you will also: Ensure quality assurance for all dispensed medications. Collaborate with fellow pharmacists on quality checks before shift end. Handle various pharmacy housekeeping tasks including medication substitutions and inventory management. Provide clinical guidance and answer medication-related questions. Investigate and resolve errors, ensuring proper reporting. Share crucial pharmacy information with distribution teams. Comply with all company policies and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree. Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License (additional licenses as needed). Familiarity with pharmacy laws and regulations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills. Ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 20lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Retail settings. Strong communication abilities. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $103,800.00 - $146,400.00 annually. You will also receive sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
