District Restaurant Manager Compensation: Starting Salary up to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience) plus Bonus Opportunity Job Summary: We are on the lookout for an exceptional leader to step into the role of District Restaurant Manager! Ensure optimal staffing levels and put systems in place for management recognition and retention. Create management workforce plans to maintain stability within restaurant leadership. Provide timely performance feedback and manage team performance effectively. Develop restaurant managers to maximize their potential and prepare them for future promotions. Enforce all food safety procedures according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations. Conduct restaurant visits to ensure continuous improvement in quality, service, and cleanliness. Safeguard the Burger King brand and company assets by ensuring compliance with company policies. Assess store performance at intervals and provide coaching as necessary. Devise strategies to manage expenses and achieve operating profit targets for each segment of the Profit and Loss statements. Respond to operational challenges proactively as they arise. Ensure adherence to corporate and legal guidelines across all locations. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must currently hold a Director-level role or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-restaurant operations management. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Proficient in various technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), with the capacity to learn new systems quickly. Strong financial acumen, alongside critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as effective leadership and coaching abilities.
