Your Role as a Vehicle Alignment Specialist: As a Vehicle Alignment Specialist at Tire Discounters, you'll do much more than maintenance. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch performance by accurately aligning vehicles and providing excellent customer service. This position is vital in keeping our customers safe and satisfied. What You'll Do: Utilize advanced equipment, including cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance System technology, to ensure proper vehicle alignment. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, system fluid exchanges, tire inspections, and services like installation, repair, and balancing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a smooth workflow. Deliver friendly, professional customer service that makes every customer feel like part of the Tire Discounters family. Your Skills & Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude with strong communication skills; prior automotive experience is a benefit, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential! Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds and the ability to work in a dynamic shop environment regardless of the weather. A safety-first mindset and a valid driver's license; manual transmission experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $17.00 to $20.00+ per hour based on skills and experience.
