Employee Discounts Flexible Scheduling Opportunities for Internal Career Growth We are seeking exceptional shift supervisors to oversee operations during a shift, ensuring adherence to food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and company standards. This role involves actively working as a cashier or cook while leading the team. Your dedication to exceptional customer service is paramount. Key Responsibilities: Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member. Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a friendly environment, greeting all guests, and maintaining exceptional standards. Train new or less experienced team members, guiding them in their duties. Implement inventory control standards effectively. Ensure compliance with store policies among all staff members. Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and appropriate staffing standards. Open and close the restaurant according to required work hours. Motivate and manage team members to enhance performance. Effectively coordinate and manage staff breaks. Assemble and package customer orders following Wingstop standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area throughout the shift. Ensure all crew members adhere to health and safety protocols. Resolve customer issues promptly and positively. Ensure the store is left clean at closing, with all equipment organized, trash managed, and floors cleaned, following closing procedures. Additional Duties: Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold mandatory operational requirements, including quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC). Enforce the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy among staff. Ensure each guest leaves with a positive, lasting impression of the Wingstop experience. Manage cash control, ensuring all voids or refunds are documented. Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned. Meet order quote times and adjust for peak business hours as necessary. Avoid crew overtime unless it's an emergency and approved by the general manager. Organize the kitchen effectively, ensuring all positions are covered during peak periods.
