This role offers flexible scheduling with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, making it a great fit for professionals seeking work-life balanceKey Responsibilities:Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for procedures, including abortions.Provide compassionate post-operative care, including discharge instructions and emotional support.Start and manage IV lines in coordination with Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth patient care.Handle emergency situations professionally and calmly.Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to maintain high standards of care.Qualifications:MUST have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.MUST have at least 6 months working in women's healthMUST speak SpanishStrong compassion and empathy for patients, ensuring dignity and respect.Teamwork-oriented mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.Experience in emergency clinical care is a plus but not required.Flexibility to work Wednesday in the city and Friday and Saturdays in our Des Plaines office as well as being able to adapt to clinic needs.PAY: $ 35.00 - $ 42.00 an hourSchedule:Wednesday - Western/Diversey location Friday and Saturday - Des Plaines locationAdditional Information Our clinic occasionally faces protests, so we seek resilient and compassionate RNs who are committed to providing exceptional care under any circumstances.Location: Western Diversey Des PlainesAmerican Women’s Medical Center American Women’s Medical Center 2744 N.
