This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes. This person will work closely with us and provide mentorship to their colleagues.Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.CompensationPiece rate (ranging between $55 and $240 per unit)Responsibilities:Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, etcInspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standardsReport any damages to the roomsRespond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patienceMaintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessaryStrictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulationsIdentify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessaryMentor, train, and support new and existing HousekeepersPerform inspections of cleans completed by HousekeepersTouch-up cleans as neededEstablish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management teamCorrespond on a regular basis with your local management team and team membersBe available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessaryProvide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper(s) when necessaryCollect and remove trash and debrisMeet and maintain required Housekeeping metricsAttend all mandatory individual and team meetingsReplenish consumable items such as soaps and paper productsMaintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site trainingOther responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks differentQualifications:Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferredAble to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performanceFriendly, customer-oriented personalityStrong organizational skills and an eye for detailAble to work quickly without compromising qualityCapable of light lifting and standing for long periodsMinimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experienceThe skills you'll needReliable transportationSmartphone (ideal) and personal email addressDriving inclement weather conditions as requiredAvailability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentLead by example while embodying our company valuesHighly responsive and reliableStrong attention to detail
