You will: Drive the modernization of clients' finance functions by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish vision, strategy, goals, and desired outcomes. Analyze clients' challenges and apply your knowledge of leading practices to provide innovative solutions to complex business issues. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for other projects at our firm and participate in business development initiatives based on your expertise. Oversee project risks, economics, deliverables, and ensure alignment and commitment from clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership. Foster innovation among team members; support their ideas and professional development. Develop strategies and frameworks utilizing advanced operating models, processes, and emerging technologies to enhance operations and redefine workflows. Guide clients through digital transformations, helping them achieve efficiency, effectiveness, user experience, and growth by identifying required skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technologies. Identify modern technology and data solutions and share best practices across industries. Contribute to the growth of the practice by engaging in significant business development activities. Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and regulations impacting digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem. Lead and coordinate proposal responses to drive incremental sales. What you need: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management consulting. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance operations, such as Financial Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash or Invoice-to-Pay. At least 3 years’ experience with leading finance ERP/EPM platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or OneStream. At least 3 years’ experience managing projects and/or small to mid-size teams (10-15 members). A solid understanding of best practices in designing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions. A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Finance function, operating models, and supporting organizational structures, including analytics, forecasting, and core finance. A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, lead workshops, document requirements, and articulate value propositions and business cases. Strong experience in one of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech Industrial, or Utilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. Bonus points if you have: Experience or knowledge of RPA, Applied Intelligence, Machine Learning, or GenAI for Finance. Experience with FinTech solutions like Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, OBIEE, Tableau, and Fusion. Proven success in enhancing engagement for businesses, practices, or team development. Strong leadership or teamwork skills on ERP implementations with familiarity in SAP, Oracle, and/or Workday. Experience with Finance function enabling technologies such as Blackline, Workiva, and Trintech. A background in defining and shaping financial, management, or regulatory reporting; and/or developing Finance Master Data strategy. An MBA or another advanced degree, or an accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CA). Compensation at our company varies based on multiple factors, including location, role, skills, and experience.
