Automotive Master Technician/ Automotive MechanicCastriota Chevroletis looking for Master Technicians to join their industry-leading Service Team! Enjoy excellent pay and performance incentives at a dealership where your skills will be recognized and rewarded!Job Responsibilities Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay in line with rapidly changing technology Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs Repairs vehicles as assigned Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attends meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredGM experience preferred but not requiredPost-secondary automotive training, certification, or equivalent work experienceASE Certification preferred but not requiredBroad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledgeUnrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordGood communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressHighly professional and dependableSafety and customer service orientedBasic computer and internet skillsAble to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as neededExcellent work history BenefitsGroup Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 90 days.
