Key Responsibilities: Oversee profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial analysis. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members including Shift Managers and Assistant Managers. Train and coach all staff to ensure operational excellence and superior customer service. Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts. Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of General Manager experience in food service or retail, preferably in quick-service restaurants. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant twice a week. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely. Salary discussions will occur during the hiring process, with expected starting ranges for various locations: Maryland: $53,000 to $58,000 New York: $55,000 to $60,000 New York City: $65,000 to $70,000 Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 to $58,000
