We deliver customized, mission-critical equipment designed for extreme environments.Position OverviewThe Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting, pipeline development, proper account qualification, and long-term relationship building across government, military, public safety, and industrial markets.Success in this role requires high activity levels, strong communication skills, structured qualifications, consistent follow-up, and the ability to represent our client professionally in both virtual and in-person environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting Make a high volume of outbound calls dailyBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesIdentify buying signals and active projectsTarget a wide customer base including government, law enforcement, emergency services, military, construction, oil & gas, agriculture, utilities, and transportationDetermine customer need for rugged products and mobile technology solutionsIdentify budget availability or grant fundingConfirm purchasing timeframeIdentify the final decision-maker CRM & Documentation (EPDS) Log all calls, notes, qualifications, and follow-ups accurately in EPDSMaintain updated contact and account recordsTrack opportunities and pipeline status daily Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Conduct professional and conversational discovery callsEducate customers on Compnay's rugged solutions and value propositionBuild long-term client relationships through responsiveness and trustCollaborate with internal support teams for pricing, product configuration, and fulfillment Trade Shows & Field Engagement Represent the company at trade shows, expos, conferences, and industry fairs as neededEngage prospective customers in person and follow up on leads generated from eventsSupport marketing and business development efforts through event participation Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $800 – $1,000/weekUncapped earning potential through commissionsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, and LTD Insurance401(k) match (after one year)13 paid days off in your first year + 8 paid holidaysComprehensive 90-day training program Job Type & Requirements Job Type: Full-time2 years in your last role OR no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Strong phone communication and relationship-building skillsHigh energy, resilience, and self-motivationAbility to follow a structured sales processComfortable with high call volume and activity metricsStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to learn technical products quicklyProfessional demeanor with government and corporate clientsPrior B2B sales experience preferred (inside sales or technology sales a plus) Preferred Qualifications Retired or former law enforcement, military, or public safety professionals strongly encouraged to applyKnowledge of rugged devices, mobile computing, or mission-critical technology solutionsExperience selling into government, public safety, or industrial marketsFamiliarity with grant-funded purchasing processes
