Part Time Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist Join our innovative and fast-growing team as a Part Time Corporate Recruiter! This exciting position is entirely remote, allowing you to work with flexible hours while helping us discover exceptional talent. In this role, you will focus on attracting and securing top candidates through various creative methods, such as networking, resume screening, and outreach initiatives. You may also manage external agencies and participate in valuable HR functions like corporate training and employee development. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging candidates through multiple platforms such as cold calling, networking, job postings, job fairs, college engagement events, and other innovative strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Efficiently screening candidates using our HR system and keeping it updated. Collaborating with search firms to identify and recruit the best candidates available. Training managers and executives on effective networking and recruitment techniques. Contributing to HR initiatives, which include selecting new HR technology, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning. Assisting in updating HR policies to adapt to our evolving workplace. About You: 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven success record. Bachelor's Degree required.
