This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems, and delivering high-quality results for customers.You’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential garage doors and openers while representing a company that is focused on professionalism, efficiency, and long-term growth in this market.What You’ll DoInstall new residential garage doors, openers, and related systemsDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issuesReplace springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and hardware safelyComplete service calls and preventative maintenanceEducate customers on repairs, upgrades, and properdoor operationMaintain clean, organized job sites and company vehiclesFollow company processes to ensure consistent, high-quality installationsAccurately document work performed and materials usedWork closely with the operations team to complete jobs on scheduleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical aptitude (construction, automotive, HVAC, or similar experience is helpful)Dependable, hard-working, and able to work independentlyAbility to lift heavy materials and perform physical work dailyProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailProfessional communication and customer-service skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordWillingness to learn — we will train the right candidateGarage door experience is a plus, but not required.
