POSITION: We are seeking motivated individuals for the following roles: Route Technician Universal Technician Start Technician REPORTING: This position reports directly to the Service Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: If you possess a strong work ethic and excel in customer service, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. While prior experience in Pest Control and sales is beneficial, it is not mandatory. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Your main focus will be to support the organization's sustainability goals by selling new services and reinforcing the value of our existing clientele. Through inspections, estimates, and service delivery, you will contribute to customer retention and growth. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage regularly with customers to troubleshoot issues and communicate service details Work primarily outdoors Lift a minimum of 50lbs Crawl, kneel, or fit into tight spaces as required Apply liquid treatments to soil Perform drilling, trenching, and basic job cleanup Document services performed using mobile devices Flexibility to work Monday-Saturday during peak summer season QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to interpret safety and regulatory documents Basic math skills Strong problem-solving abilities Pass a series of exams as part of New Hire Training Clean driving record Pass a background check Pass a drug test RELATIONSHIPS: You will receive training through Insight's online University Program with ongoing support from your Service Manager and Lead Technician. Your role involves ensuring quality customer relations with professionalism and respect. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING: Candidates must either possess an existing license/certification or obtain one with company training assistance.
