Job Description The Senior Preconstruction Manager - Commercial GC - NoVa will: Oversee the entire preconstruction process for commercial and multifamily projects Develop and manage iterative budgets throughout design development Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including owners and design teams Provide guidance on value engineering to meet client budgets Lead and mentor a team of estimators through the bid process Scope all trades, including sitework, utilities, concrete, steel, finishes, MEP systems, and more Collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless handoff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
