Join ADT's Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team! We are a dynamic force driving significant results for a company committed to protecting millions every day. As the Procurement Systems Administrator, you will take charge of advancing our procurement technology landscape. This includes leading the strategy, implementation, and enhancement of vital platforms such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Intake systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance, seamless integrations, high user adoption, and ongoing improvements, making sure that all processes function smoothly and efficiently. This is a highly visible position that combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to enhance our procurement operations and provide a top-notch user experience throughout the organization. Our office follows a 4 days onsite and 1 day remote schedule. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of ADT's procurement technology platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience. Lead implementations, upgrades, and system releases, translating business needs into technical solutions. Configure and manage workflows, approval processes, and business rules to maintain accuracy and compliance. Oversee the integration of APIs and data exchanges with ERP, supplier, and financial systems. Manage master data including suppliers, permissions, and accounting segments. Monitor system operations, including batch jobs, scripts, and data imports/exports. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, interface errors, and data integrity concerns. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, administrative guides, and technical documentation. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to drive technology-led process enhancements. Provide expert user support and act as the primary liaison with vendor support teams. Assist with audit and compliance evaluations through detailed documentation and system oversight. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle ERP/Cloud (OCI) or SAP/Ariba (Integration Manager, Master Data Manager). Familiarity with Ariba Network integration (cXML/EDI, PunchOut catalogs). Knowledge of Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Custom Forms, and Fieldglass. Experience with Ironclad, ZIP HQ, or CIG V7 (Cloud Integration Gateway). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes and workflow automation. Minimum of 8 years' experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Procurement or P2P systems. Proven experience in managing system integrations, upgrades, and deployments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering practical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and business teams.
