Join our service team, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing Securitas Technology products at client sites. You will be the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues and special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: Respond to trouble tickets promptly to ensure continued application uptime and optimal system performance. Work both independently and collaboratively to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to optimize system availability and proactively identify faults. Implement routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. Document all system modifications within our change control tracking system. Create high-quality technical documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Test all upgrades and modifications comprehensively before deployment. Install software upgrades and significant modifications on-site as required. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in fire and security system installation. Able to test and repair existing alarm systems effectively. Conduct inspections to ensure alarms comply with code regulations. Respond promptly to emergency service calls. Install fire alarm system equipment according to building plans and electrical layouts. Position devices appropriately, performing necessary tasks such as drilling for cabling and accessing hard-to-reach places like crawlspaces or attics. Install wiring to connect system components, strictly adhering to safety standards and customer specifications. Inspect and test systems to ensure all components function correctly and meet safety requirements. Diagnose and repair system component malfunctions, including replacing parts as needed. Prepare and submit detailed documentation and reports for each installation or repair visit, following company standard operating procedures. Test backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and security features to ensure reliable functionality. Maintain and repair security systems and alarm devices, ensuring optimal operation. NICET Level II certification preferred (requires prior experience or training). Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Certifications in brands such as DMP, BOSCH, HONEYWELL, PACOM, VERINT, LENEL, MARCH, and WATCHDOG are a plus. What We Offer: Paid company training.
