Additional exciting perks! Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Manager for planning, organization, and staffing of assigned projects. Review bid documents and site conditions to define the scope of work accurately. Identify risks to cover all related costs effectively. Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards for project completion. Lead and manage a team of electricians, assigning daily tasks and providing necessary materials/equipment. Oversee crew hours, material procurement, equipment scheduling, and daily production reporting. Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with PPE requirements. Execute conduit/wire installations and device terminations. Troubleshoot issues and carry out quality control testing. Lead pre-bid surveys, kick-off, progress, and punch walk meetings. What We Are Looking For: 10+ years of experience as a commercial electrician. 3+ years of experience as a Foreman managing large electrical projects. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical installations, including: Distribution systems Lighting and control systems HVAC and motor connections Conduit and wiring Branch devices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent task prioritization and time management skills. Proficient in navigating company systems, including emails, work orders, and reports. Experience with ProCore for creating daily reports and tracking job progress. Proficient in Excel and Word for creating and analyzing documents. Willingness to travel extensively (90% travel) and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Rogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
