Qualifications Current certification as a Medication Technician. CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Commitment to completing continuing education to maintain certification. Physical capacity to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively and compassionately with residents and team members. Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and/or walking during shifts, including transporting objects. Occasional bending, squatting, or reaching repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
