Description - What You'll Do Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while following established protocols. Support specimen collection when necessary and meticulously prepare samples for testing. Document all laboratory processes correctly and assist in training new staff or students, upholding the highest quality standards in the lab. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Education Holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications Obtains ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire. Continuously maintain current certification throughout employment. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse healthcare teams. Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
