We have staked our reputation on our ability to deliver each of these.What You’ll Do:Truck Driver Positions Available at Kerr Contractors- F/TMultiple Positions Open: Year-Round work w/ overtime Dump Truck Driver Side Dump Truck Driver Belly Dump Truck Driver Haul Truck Driver Water Truck Driver Operate various trucks including dump trucks (standard, side, and belly) and haul trucks to transport construction materials and equipment Load and unload materials at sites, ensuring proper distribution and weight balance Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel consumption records Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members Perform routine truck maintenance and minor repairs Follow safety guidelines and procedures Keep truck and equipment clean and organized What You’ll Need: Valid Class “A” CDL for dump truck positionsValid Class “B” CDL for water truck positionsCurrent DOT medical cardClean driving record without serious violationsExperience operating standard, side, and end dump trucks, as well as haul trucksFamiliarity with truck and pup operationsKnowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulationsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physicalPositive attitude and commitment to job completion Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay: $25-$32 (depending on experience)Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with up to 4% employer matchFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible employeesPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Weekly pay Schedule and Location Monday through Friday10-hour shifts with overtime pay Two truck yard locations: Woodburn and North PlainsActive jobsites in Multnomah County, Washington County, Marion County
