Qualifications: Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field preferred. 6+ years of progressive experience, including significant achievements within large multinational organizations. Proven expertise in performance improvement, change management, and project management in high-stakes environments. Field experience in oil and gas, mining, energy, or chemicals is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently and deliver results. Excellent capability to create impactful deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written communications. Effective time management skills to navigate a complex and autonomous work environment. Proven problem-solving skills for tackling complex issues with analytical rigor. Experience working collaboratively in diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment. Willingness to travel up to 80% and adapt to challenging project environments.
