Water Mitigation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.$500 Bonus after first 3 months employmentBENEFITS INCLUDE: •PTO (can be used for vacation) •Paid cell phone •Company credit card •Certification costs covered for all new hires •Health benefits offered after one year of employmentResponsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications:IICRC certificationExperience with cleaning/restorationExperience serving commercial propertiesHigh school diploma/GEDValid driver’s licensePhysical Requirements :Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
