Compensation: $65 - $75 / hr. on W2 Key Responsibilities: Program & Workstream Leadership: Lead multiple workstreams involving IT, business, and consulting teams. Ensure effective collaboration among infrastructure, networking, and business transformation teams. Develop and maintain thorough project plans, tracking progress with program-level KPIs. Strategic Alignment & Decision Support: Align migration strategies with business objectives, translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and tackle risks associated with S/4HANA migration, swiftly addressing any roadblocks and technical challenges. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with executive sponsors, SAP partners, and external consultants, effectively managing expectations with clear progress reports. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee significant program budgets and resource allocation, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and coordination with distributed teams across different time zones. Technical & Process Expertise: Utilize your knowledge in infrastructure, networking, server setup, and database administration. Employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies for thorough migration readiness assessments. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage collaborations with SAP and external consulting partners, ensuring seamless integration and support for third-party vendor interactions. Post-Migration Support & Optimization: Strategize for effective post-go-live support, monitoring system performance and recommending enhancements for ongoing optimization. Experience Requirements: Extensive background in technical infrastructure and networking. Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs with multiple workstreams. Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA migration is highly preferred. Strong skills in executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and fostering cross-functional teamwork. Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and distributed teams. Proficiency in: MS Project JIRA Smartsheet Clarity (a plus) Experience with both Agile and Waterfall projects, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies. Strong financial acumen, including budget development and cost oversight. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is required.
