They want modern, thoughtful psychiatry that honors their full story and supports clarity, resilience, and long-term well-being.What We"re Looking ForExperience• Minimum 1 year PMHNP experience (2+ years preferred)Clinical Skillset• Child & adolescent psychiatry experience strongly preferred • Comfortable integrating brief therapy techniques (CBT, DBT-informed, skills-based approaches) into psychiatric visits • Experience with neurodivergent and complex presentations valuedMindset & Fit• Self-starter, disciplined, curious, and innovative • Independent yet collaborative • Aligned with modern, whole-person, compassionate psychiatryWhat You"ll Do• Conduct 2-hour comprehensive psychiatric evaluations • Provide outpatient follow-ups with therapy-informed medication management • Collaborate closely with PMHNPs, therapists, coaches, and functional medicine providers • Participate in bi-monthly or monthly staffing meetings for connection and clinical support • Integrate pharmacogenomics, labs, QB Check, neurofeedback, and other tools into treatment plans • Use AI scribe and admin support to protect your time • Deliver inclusive, strengths-based, developmentally informed care to children, adolescents, and adults • Grow alongside a practice that values innovation, reflection, and sustainabilityTo ApplySend your CV and a brief statement of interest to: ?
