Shift Supervisor Join our team as a Shift Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and effectively. In this position, you will oversee shifts and work areas in a busy restaurant atmosphere, providing excellent customer service and high-quality products to drive profitability. You will also be responsible for managing operations and adhering to all company policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities Adhere to the guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each station, ensuring quality product preparation, proper portioning, and optimal dough management. You will assist in preparing food items while maintaining established product holding times and striving to meet company standards. Maintain a positive work environment by exemplifying the company's Core Values, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability, and collaborating effectively with your teammates. Ensure your shift is well-managed with adequate coverage, providing timely feedback and resolving issues to maintain product quality and customer service standards. Contribute to profit goals by managing food and labor costs effectively, executing cash management responsibilities, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize loss. Key Ingredients High School diploma or GED is preferred. Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification is a plus. Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader is preferred. Skills Required: Cash management, planning and organization, effective communication.
