Ensure the restaurant is clean, welcoming, and meets guest expectations. Engage with guests through table visits in the lobby. Lead your shift by delegating tasks and following up with the crew. Act on guest feedback, celebrating successes and addressing concerns. Operational Routines: Help balance quality employee and guest experiences while achieving financial objectives. Assist the General Manager in executing Krystal's operating systems. Utilize shift tools to maintain our Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Ensure accurate inventory management, waste tracking, and adherence to HACCP logs. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Outstanding leadership and guest service abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and upper management. Effective problem-solving capabilities in line with our standards. Must be 18 years or older, and available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Education and Experience: Previous restaurant experience is required. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly to move objects. Capacity to carry items weighing no more than 70 pounds. Frequent handling of product preparation tasks. Ability to kneel and follow safe lifting procedures.
