We have an amazing set of core values that we take seriously, they include: deliver what you promise, have pride in what you do, respect the individual, practice continuous improvement, and embrace possibilities.This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude to support various aspects of the business, including field operations and residential sales, and collaborating with various vendors.Responsibilities:Coordinate field operations with paint crews and evaluate production qualityProvide extraordinary customer service, ensuring client satisfactionAssist in preparing and managing residential and commercial estimates in the CertaPro Painters estimating systemCoordinate with paint vendors to ensure correct products are being used in the field and stores are stocked appropriately with those productsAssist with various assignments directed by the OwnerQualifications:Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent3 years of work experience, preferably in the home improvement industryBilingual: Proficiency in English and SpanishProof of a clean Driver’s LicenseProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skillsExperience in residential/commercial sales and field operations is a plusMust be available to work some evenings and weekends when requiredThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
