Job Title Product Test Technician Job Description As a Product Test Technician, you will perform Quality and Product Development laboratory testing, delivering accurate and timely test results with objective analysis. You will maintain precise laboratory records and ensure the upkeep of laboratory equipment. Working collaboratively as part of the Product Test Lab team, you will contribute to achieving team goals within a workplace that values diverse and inclusive experiences and backgrounds. Responsibilities Conduct quality and product development laboratory testing. Provide accurate and timely test results with objective analysis to submitters. Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure laboratory equipment is well-maintained. Collaborate as part of the Product Test Lab team to achieve collective goals. Essential Skills Experience in a Lab Testing/Quality/Quality Assurance role relating to polymer films and resin. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Analytical and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented with the ability to work under time constraints. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Work Environment The role is based in a lab environment, involving testing of physical machinery and various product lines. Candidates should be comfortable working in a lab setting. The working hours are flexible from 6am - 5pm, with no work scheduled on Saturdays. While overtime is available upon request, it is never mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
