Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager / Estimator Position Overview: As a Project Manager / Estimator you will be our point of contact to our clients.  You will estimate, sell and manage commercial HVAC and Piping projects. Essential Duties / Responsibilities:  Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Identify risks and general condition needs. Develop project estimates based on plans and specifications. Develop and communicate the trade specific scope of work to all necessary parties. Review and approve all documents as they relate to each project. Compile a list of the necessary sub-contractors. Enter summary data into the recap spreadsheet. Participate in post project reviews. Cooperate with others as a company resource. Position Requirements: Previous experience as a mechanical project manager and estimator. Strong negotiating skills with suppliers and customers. Budgeting experience. Time management skills. Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license. Advanced written, verbal, customer service and relationship building skills. High level organizational skills to perform project management responsibilities. Strong Multi‐tasking skills. Flexible, willingness to be able to adapt to change. Ability to work well with others both internally and externally including in stressful situations. Proficiency in standard office computer programs such as MS Office 365. Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required. Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Working Condition / Physical Requirements: Office environment: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping.  Compensation Package: Competitive Salary.
