Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Practice A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services, managing both acute and chronic conditions in a collaborative team environment. The physician will be responsible for direct patient care, including conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, obtaining and documenting medical histories, educating patients regarding diagnoses and treatment plans, and prescribing medications as appropriate.
