Landscape Technician -Chemical Elite Grounds by Stratton & Bratt Landscapes, LLC Position Description Chemical Technician works closely with direct reporting relationship to address all chemical application needs (fertilization, weed control, etc.). for client properties. All Team Members Complies with Company policies and procedures. Interacts with other team members, Company leadership, vendors, clients, etc. by demonstrating respect, professionalism, integrity, and courtesy Embraces and embodies Company values Accomplishes duties and objectives an individual contributor and as a team member. Completes “Rocks” (key result areas), mindful of quality standards and quantity expectations Chemical Technician Essential Functions Cleans and maintains chemical spray equipment Mixes chemicals as directed As directed, anticipates, recommends, and applies chemicals as needed for assigned client properties. Role Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Education) Possesses valid Utah chemical applicator license or is willing to obtain Utah chemical applicator license within 90 calendar days of date of hire Possesses 2-3 years chemical application experience (preferred) Possesses valid Utah driver’s license Possesses ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English critical thinking problem shooting and problem solving verbal and written communication skills following instructions detail orientation learning teaching being taught Compensation $18.92 to $23.00depending on qualifications and experience Benefits Incumbent is eligible to participate in Company sponsored benefit plans
