Gould Killian CPA Group is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and curious bookkeeper to join our Client Advisory Services (CAS) team! This team member will help oversee our client's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books. They will collaborate with the CAS Team and other professional staff to provide clients with accurate, relevant, and timely information.Responsibilities: Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliationsAccounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliationsPayroll processing and filings (monthly, quarterly, annual)1099 PreparationSales Tax preparation and filingsFinancial Reporting (monthly and year-end)Business Tax Return preparation (limited) Requirements 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and/or financial reportingProficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks OnlineProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with GAAPAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamStrong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and/or financial reportingAssociates or Bachelor's in Accounting or related field Firm Overview:Gould Killian CPA Group, P.A. is a full-service accounting firm that provides excellent client service with a high-level of technical expertise and attention to detail.
