Area Human Resources DirectorAs an Area Human Resources Director, you will support daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. You’ll serve as a resource for team members and leadership, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities You will be the go-to resource for our hotel's employees, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive work environment.Your daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.You will report to the General Manager.A career as an HR generalist can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as HR manager, director of human resources, or even a corporate-level HR position.
