Spice Blender Operator

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Spice Blender Operator to join our dynamic team! The Spice Blender Operator will play a crucial role in the food production process, focusing on the precise blending of spices to create consistent and high-quality products. This position adheres to FDA FSMA standards and follows the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements for food safety in the facility. Duties: Operate and monitor spice blending equipment, ensuring proper mixing and batching procedures are followed. Obtain and review production orders and specifications to meet quality standards. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to prescribed recipes. Maintain cleanliness of blending equipment and workspace to meet sanitation requirements. Conduct quality checks and document results accordingly. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery. Job Location: Cudahy, WI Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $18 per hour Requirements Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in food production or blending operations is a plus. Familiarity with spice blending equipment is advantageous. Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow established procedures, and communicate effectively with team members.
