WIC Program Assistant

Our Community Resource Center is seeking a WIC Program Assistant that will:Ensure participants meet program eligibility by reviewing required documentation Schedule appointments for participants Provide and document referrals for participants Assist with follow-up for missed appointments, special requests, and misplaced benefit cards Attend and participant in mandatory and other appropriate training as directed by WIC Program Manager. Greet and intake all onsite participants, notify staff of waiting appointments and customer needs. Maintain confidentiality within the waiting room space.
