About the Role: The Client Support Analyst plays a crucial role in helping the organization meet revenue goals and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate billing, process enhancement, product setup, user access, and compliance with customer invoicing requirements. You will leverage your business acumen, multitasking capabilities, and effective communication skills across various departments. Flexibility is essential, including a willingness to work overtime during peak billing periods, which may include weekends. Note: Hybrid candidates must reside in Alpharetta, GA or Boca Raton, FL. Key Responsibilities: Interpret contracts and provide setup and billing support for all Risk products. Identify, coordinate, and implement process and system enhancements for contract setup, workflow, billing/invoicing, and back-office support. Collaborate effectively with sales and internal processing teams, including Accounting and Product Management. Investigate and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing billing issues, order processing, and account and user provisioning policies. Compile data, verify pricing, and calculate fees for billing purposes. Execute all fulfillment-related requests efficiently. Ensure projects and requests are completed accurately and timely, meeting business needs and turnaround requirements. Troubleshoot billing, invoicing, and account setup inquiries. Requirements: Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software. Strong customer service skills, organizational proficiency, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication are essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prior experience in billing is preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Able to interpret contracts and extract relevant billing data. Experience collaborating with internal systems and cross-functional teams (sales, onboarding, product). Basic knowledge and ability to quickly learn contracting and pricing processes in back-office systems. Previous experience with RISK products is a plus. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
