Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - New Product Launch ImpactBio is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to support the launch of a groundbreaking new product in the U.S. market. At ImpactBio, our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives do more than make calls; they foster relationships, impart clinical knowledge, and generate significant results in a vibrant, growing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers, clinics, and specialty practices to educate them on the product and encourage its usage. Develop and execute territory business plans while ensuring consistent follow-up on commitments. Implement strategies developed by the National Sales Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Use market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to enhance product adoption. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech field sales is necessary; experience in Women's Health Care and/or Anti-Infectives is mandatory. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of effectively managing an individual territory. Willingness to travel over 50% of the time and work independently.
