Join Our Team as an FP&A Analyst, Go-To-Market Finance Expert! At Zoom, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic FP&A Analyst to become an integral part of our Go-To-Market Finance team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital business partner, delivering essential financial insights and support to our Online organization. Your ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams will be key as you develop forecasts, assess performance, and empower data-driven decisions to drive our growth trajectory. About the Team: The Go-To-Market Finance team is crucial in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, steering Zoom's growth and profitability. Our focus is on understanding financial data, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing insightful analyses to leadership. We prioritize our Online customers, which range from individual consumers to small and medium businesses, as we enhance our strategies for acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Supporting Business Planning & Budgeting: Aid the Online Finance team in preparing annual operating plans and ongoing forecasts that align with corporate objectives. Assist in developing, updating, and managing financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis. Analyzing Financial Performance: Review financial outcomes, identify trends and causes, and provide comprehensive insights into performance deviations from plans. Delivering Operational & Financial Reporting: Supervise the development and presentation of financial reports for leadership teams within Finance and the Online sector. Driving Process Improvements: Lead initiatives to automate and standardize financial reporting and planning processes utilizing AI and analytics tools. Assisting with M&A Activities: Provide integration support for acquisitions as required by the business. Establishing Business Partnerships: Position yourself as a trusted advisor, supporting management in decision-making by providing financial models and actionable insights. Collaborating Analytically: Work closely with Online leadership to track and analyze key performance indicators relevant to our online business. Engaging in Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with Online and GTM Finance colleagues to ensure consistency across various reporting dimensions, regions, and segments. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-3+ years of relevant Finance experience, ideally in GTM Finance/FP&A or Corporate Finance. Background in a SaaS company with both B2B and B2C operations is highly desirable. Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, capable of distilling complex data into clear insights for varied stakeholders. Adept at managing structured reporting requirements alongside ad-hoc requests. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Experience with Anaplan, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms is preferred. Familiarity with BI tools (like Tableau, Snowflake) and SQL/Python is an advantage, accompanied by a readiness to learn. Experience in AI-driven automation and process optimization is a plus. Salary Range: Minimum: $65,400.00 | Maximum: $158,700.00. Your starting salary will take into account various factors, including your qualifications and experience. We implement a location-based compensation structure, so ranges may differ depending on where candidates are located.
