Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, attract high-quality talent, and deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, and leadership roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks Screen and interview candidates; present qualified shortlists to hiring managers Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates Support offer process and administer background checks with administrative assistance Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote fair, unbiased hiring practices Maintain accurate recruiting records and metrics Position RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations (EEOC, DOL, OFCCP) Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Preferred: Experience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment Experience with My Staffing Pro and/or Paychex This position is hybrid after training in one of the following offices: Winston-Salem, Wilkesboro, Wilmington, Charlotte, & Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate must reside in one of the locations listed above. This position requires 25% travel.
