Key Responsibilities: Construct and assemble wooden pallets for various metal components, ensuring structural integrity and quality standards. Assemble metal parts into finished products according to specifications. Band and wrap pallets of finished goods for shipment, maintaining safety and stability. Follow detailed verbal and written instructions, including blueprints and drawings. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using tools such as Sawzall, miter saw, nail gun, and drill. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual activities for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds frequently, bending, twisting, and carrying parts. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a strong attendance record.
