What It Takes: Minimum 6 months of experience assembling electronic or electromechanical components. Strong communication and writing skills. Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Manual dexterity and ability to work in confined spaces. Comfortable lifting and handling heavy components. What Your Shift Looks Like: Assemble computer chassis and electromechanical sub-assemblies. Integrate electronic components, route wires, and apply RTV. Perform sub-assembly testing and quality checks. Read and follow procedures, drawings, and work instructions. Use hand tools safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
