Sr. Scrum Master (PSM1 & PSM2)

Sr. Personalization Scrum Master (PSM1 PSM2) Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1) Long Term Key Roles and Responsibilities: Is able guide a scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and apply the Framework as defined in the Scrum Guide. Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption and work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement. Based on the maturity of the scrum team, provides support and coaching to the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable to the team. The Scrum Master ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. They will facilitate as needed. Fosters continuous improvement and helps the Scrum Team to focus on creating high value Increments that meet the Definition of Done. Provide support to the Product Owner by recommending techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Help promote the Scrum Team's understanding of the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items. Remove impediments to a team's productivity by shielding them from non-essential outside influences, and/or guides the team on how to remove impediments. Position Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years in Telcom or related. Minimum of 5-8 years of service to a team in the role of a Scrum Master. Bachelor of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields preferred. PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org. PSM 2 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org.
