We’re seeking an experienced, energetic, and collaborative provider who is passionate about caring for patients of all ages across our four locations: Joliet, Shorewood, Ekids, and Plainfield.Qualifications: Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Master's degree in nursingCurrent state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP; preferably in the urgent care settingStrong clinical skills in hospital, primary care, ER, Urgent Care and/or pediatric settingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills include: Suturing, IV starts, Ordering X-rays, basic orthopedic treatments, EKG interpretation, caring for patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness and injuriesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Retirement savings planPaid time off and holiday payContinuing education opportunities for professional development Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $65.00 per hour based on experienceExpected hours: 36 per weekMedical specialties:Urgent CareSupplemental pay types:Bonus opportunitiesDifferential paySupplemental schedule:HolidaysWeekly schedule:3x12Rotating weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday)Either 7 AM-7 PM or 9 AM-9 PM in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield)Work setting:ClinicIn-personWork Location: In person in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield)
