Support the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) in developing a continuum of care plan for at-risk youth in the juvenile justice system. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify service gaps, conduct research, and create an implementation plan including asset mapping, gap analysis, and timelines. Collaborate with project directors, CJCC staff, government agencies, and community stakeholders. Expected project length for this role is 12+ Months. Key Responsibilities: ttend monthly meetings with Project Director and CJCC staff to report project status, progress, and challenges. Participate in Planning Council meetings to collaborate with stakeholders on key data points for tracking and monitoring. Work with agencies to collect, analyze data, and identify trends. Plan, organize, and conduct qualitative research for asset mapping and gap analysis. Complete literature review on best practices in juvenile justice. Use data analysis to inform the Continuum of Care implementation plan. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years). 6+ years in social sciences, preferably criminal/juvenile justice, public health, or behavioral science. 6+ years conducting research and evaluations using public health or justice system administrative data. 5+ years understanding statistical concepts applied to public health and criminal justice data. 6+ years proficiency in programming (R or Stata preferred), database management, and data visualization. 6+ years analyzing disparate datasets to identify trends and draw conclusions. Outstanding analytical skills for complex datasets. Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
