Role: Data & Analytics in Healthcare Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Long Term Contract Key Skills & Experience: 10+ years in Informatica TDM; 5+ years in Healthcare Payer domain US Healthcare domain experience mandatory Expertise in Test Data Manufacturing via application UI/front-end Strong knowledge of Healthcare data, terminology, concepts, and value chain Experience with data de-identification, sub-setting, and TDM solutioning Understanding of end-to-end data flows, information warehousing, and database management Hands-on experience with DDL, DML, DQL, and support DBA activities Knowledge of IBM Optim is a plus Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze application landscapes and data flows; extract data dictionaries Design and implement test data manufacturing, de-identification, and sub-setting Ensure data integrity across multiple applications and environments Configure subsets/filters for Informatica TDM or IBM Optim Perform data validation, profiling, and quality assessment Coordinate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams for environment setup and data refreshes Mentor project teams on TDM best practices and data governance frameworks Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations; work with minimal supervision Managerial & Soft Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills Ability to work with on-site and offshore teams to meet tight deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional work record Keywords: Test Data Management Architect, TDM Architect, Healthcare Data, Data Architect in TDM
