Role: Dynatrace - Performance Engineering HP LoadRunner Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Charlotte, NC Job Description • This position is responsible for key performance-related tasks for Consumer • Independently managing tasks (LRE scripting, test strategy planning, testing, monitoring, profiling, reporting) from project initiation to completion. • Leading performance defect triage meetings and driving solutions. • Coordinating with team members and external stakeholders for root cause analysis of issues and performance bottlenecks. • Possessing in-depth knowledge of specific technologies within the line of business (LOB) domain. • Demonstrating expert-level communication skills. • Practical experience with Agile tools and methodologies, including Horizon JIRA and Horizon Confluence. • Self-motivated with the ability to identify critical concerns that require escalation to management for resolution. • Strong results-driven mindset with a positive and proactive approach. • Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. • Performance Tester/Engineer/Architect with a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in LoadRunner is mandatory
