Security Guard / Watchman

Job Type Part-time Description Security provides a safe and secure environment for parishioners, employees and visitors to the campus. Our camps is extensive, it includes buildings and parking areas of the church, school and Strip Mall. Security ensures that all doors of all buildings are locked and alarms are set each evening. Ensures that lights and A/C unites are all turned up for the evening. This position is a presence of safety and support to our parishioners, staff and guests. Requirements High school degree. Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to walk for most of the time on duty. Must have basic office computer skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form. Spanish speakers are a plus. Must be able to pass the fingerprinting process. Requires an appreciation and respect for the Catholic Church and its teachings. Church employees must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Church. Their public behavior must not violate the faith, morals or laws of the Church or the policies of the diocese.
